You do need to insure your belongings but we would recommend it. We make every effort to ensure nothing happens to your belongings but in the event that something does you will want to have some kind of insurance coverage.

Yes. All members of the armed forces receive a $20 credit on the second month of storage. You will need your military ID on the day you rent the unit to qualify for this discount.

The minimum time is as little as one month, and the maximum is as long as you want. The notice period you give us can be as little as 24 hours – so you’ll never have to pay for storage time you don’t need.
